The expansive attic and the unique nearly 80 m² panoramic terrace offered a rare opportunity to create a complex spatial experience above the city. The view over Pest stretches from the Parliament to the Basilica, complemented by the panoramic vista toward Buda, from the Castle to the Fisherman’s Bastion.

The experience of the space is defined by light and the maximal openness between indoor and outdoor areas. The sequencing of rooms and terraces, along with the linear arrangement of glass surfaces, provides a complete sense of spatial immersion. The nearly 150 m² loft, combining living, dining, and kitchen functions, is enhanced by dual sightlines and the richness of sunlight entering from both orientations. A skylight along the longitudinal axis further accentuates the role of light in shaping the space.

The integrated spatial organization, along with the strategically applied wooden wall cladding and built-in modules, unifies the functions and creates a clean, distinctive interior architectural solution.
